Press Release Summary: Miso Funky have launched a great new homewares range featuring record bowls, tea towels, hand-stitched samplers and much more!
Press Release Body: Miso Funky are proud to announce the launch of the new homewares collection.
Miso Funky are a dynamic crafty duo based in Glasgow. Claire and Jo met at their boring day jobs and decided to alleviate the drudgery of the 9-5 by designing and creating handmade accessories in their spare time.
The name Miso Funky (pronounced mee-so funky) is inspired by their love of all things Japanese and their passion for the unusual and funky accessories. And so their mission statement of handmade things to funkify your life was born!
Miso Funky's inspirations come from many different places - the girls like nothing more than a rummage through a charity shop to find a piece for customisation, but are equally inspired by a piece of new fabric or even an old advert.
Miso Funky have even invented some brand new crafting concepts along the way - the disco tie (you don't need to be John Travolta, you just need a neck!) and emo-broidery samplers (hand-stitched in hell!).
Miso Funky's products are always evolving but the staples are accessories, bags and purses, button jewellery, homewares and kids clothing. Miso Funky also customise vintage bags and purses, shoes and accessories and have recently added a new vintage homewares range to their store to pass on fabulous pre-loved items for the funky home, such as tea pots, glasses, etc.
